I have found the whole Onedrive experience very frustrating as a Cloud service and if I can't get it to work without remembering complex passwords on all of my devices and continually having to login I'll have to consider trying something else - it's veryĭisappointing since I am paying for an Office365 subscription and just can't get the basics to work.Ĭould you let me know if the OneDrive app is the latest 6.8 version from App Store? The test account is a work/school account. I also experience this with access to onedrive in Windows Explorer on my Windows 10 laptop - despite the fact I've told IE to save the password it does not and I have to login everytime. It looks more like to me onedrive for business is locking me out at the server level after some period ?
I don't believe this is anything to do with the app on the individual device because whenever this happens it happens on both iPhone AND ipad at the same time. The personal account is always accessible but the onedrive for business account disappears and it if I go back to the first screen I have to "add the account" again. I've deleted the apps on both devices completely and reinstalled them and added both personal account and onedrive for business account.Īll works ok for a while then for no apparent reason when I try to access onedrive it says I need to login again.
This problem is persisting and getting to the point that Onedrive is just not usable on ipad/iPhone.
